Data you provide via the quote request (RFQ) form: company name, contact name, email, phone, VAT number, message. Technical browsing data (IP address, logs) and, with your consent, analytics data via Google.

3. Purposes and legal basis

RFQ data is processed to answer your request and provide a quote (legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Analytics cookies require your consent (Art. 6.1.a).

4. Retention

Request data is kept for as long as needed for commercial handling and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

5. Data sharing

Data is not disclosed publicly. It may be processed by technical providers (hosting, email) as processors. Google (analytics) processes data only with consent — see Cookie Policy.

6. Your rights
